After an interview it is always a good idea to send a thank you note.

This note can be the icing on the cake after a great interview.
This not only puts your name out there again, it shows your appreciation to the interviewer for their time during the interview process.
Make sure to:
Remember who interviewed you
Obviously you have to know who to address the note to.
You would hate to misspell the interviewers name, job title, position, etc.
Write a thank you note not an email
Emails are convenient, but a handwritten note goes a long way.
That being said, make sure your handwriting is neat and legible.
Send the note in a timely manner
Within a two week period send the note. You don’t want to send it immediately and seem pushy.
